We provide free shipping anywhere within India.

Cancellation & Refund
Trunni works on a ‘made to order’ model for our jewellery, crochet products and custom pieces. Once an order is placed, we start meticulously crafting it from scratch. Our production is very labour and hand-intensive; which means that orders already underway cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Currently, we have a timeline of 10-15 business days for fulfilling online orders. Jewellery pieces take about 2-4 days to make and once dispatched the package takes another 3-4 days to reach you. Some hand-crocheted pieces may take longer. All our processes are slow and labour-intensive, and human errors and unexpected delays often cannot be avoided. But we assure you, our pieces are worth the wait! And we always strive to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
Please note that our fulfilment timeline does not include unforeseen delays in the event of a natural disaster, war, calamity or epidemic.

Returns
Our products are meticulously crafted and we put them through a test run to ensure they are sturdy and withstand wear.
Hence DO NOT TAKE RETURNS on a purchase unless the product received by you is damaged.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We offer exchanges only if your order received is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hellotrunni@gmail.com or Dm us on Instagram with images and videos of the problem, possibly of the unboxing. It must be in the original packaging and must be returned within 10 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
